My name is Ella, I'm 17 years old.
I do long jump. I play volleyball. I go to school in New Richmond, Wisconsin.
When my school allowed a biological male into the girls' restroom without telling parents —
I went to the school board.
With my name attached.
In my own town.
I got bullied for it. Harassed online. Even some of my own teachers came after me.
I'm still here.
Because here's what I know:
The net in women's volleyball is set nearly a foot lower for a reason.
A biological male can hit a ball across that net at force that could seriously injure a girl.
And in track — all it takes is three biological males entering the girls' category
and not a single girl in this state stands on a podium.
I didn't speak up because it was easy.
I spoke up because somebody had to.
The Supreme Court is about to answer the question every girl in America is asking.
We're ready.

Ed Davey has written to Education Secretary Bridget Phillipson demanding she WITHDRAW official EHRC guidance protecting female-only spaces in toilets and changing rooms.

Let that land.

The Equalities and Human Rights Commission — a statutory body — has produced legally grounded guidance telling employers and public bodies that biological men should not access women’s single-sex spaces.

This is not opinion.
This is not politics.
This is the settled legal position following the Supreme Court’s landmark ruling on the meaning of “woman” under the Equality Act.

And Ed Davey wants it gone.

His stated reason?

The guidance is not “compatible with long-standing British values.”

British values.

He used those words to argue AGAINST protecting women’s single-sex spaces.

The same Liberal Democrats who lecture the country about tolerance, inclusion and human rights are now lobbying a Labour minister to tear up statutory guidance that protects every woman in Britain who walks into a changing room, a refuge or a hospital ward.

This is not a fringe position within the Lib Dems.

Their leader wrote the letter.

The party has chosen its side.

It is not the side of women.

Even more shocking is that so many people that I (& probably you) know decided on that day that the people behind this perversion deserved their active public support.

A man who claims to be a woman attempted to explain what women think about men who claim to be women. He completely failed.

No. We know that gender identity & sex are very different. In fact that is basically our entire argument.

Gender identity = a manmade concept.
Sex = Naturally observable over the entire natural world, including humans. Binary & immutable.

No. Not “typically”. *Are*. ARE reserved for women. “Typically” is an admission that you know the group trying to gain access to the women’s spaces aren’t women. Which is our entire point to begin with, sir. They’re men.

Great. Then leave women’s spaces alone, respecting the women who want them, and focus on creating your own spaces catering to your “man claiming to be woman” needs, whatever they may be. We won’t stop you.

Cool story, but the problem is the process of that appears to be changing the definition of “woman” in law & gaining access to women’s spaces, services & sport. So we fight back because we are not willing to give up our rights & needs so men in dresses can “go about their business”.

Either a) you’re ignoring all of the cases of men invading women’s spaces & sexually assaulting women - we can name 10 examples just in prisons off the top of our head - because it doesn’t suit your argument; b) you’re completely aware & just lying; c) you argument is they weren’t “trans” which means they must have been making it up; d) even if there were no cases, it still doesn’t make men women!

• “Discomfort alone is not grounds to exclude people.”

No, it isn’t. Sex is. Men are excluded from women’s spaces on the basis of sex. We exclude all men, including men with a gender identity and men we are comfortable with.

It’s frankly unforgivable to speak this untruthfully about this issue in 2026, and it’s utterly shameful that two men just nodded along to blatantly obvious untruths. This is the intellectual equivalent of junk food.
