@AmericanAir, your customers deserve better—especially children stranded on their birthday. Please do the right thing. I am absolutely submitting a formal complaint and hope to hear from your team soon.

@AmericanAir I’m shocked by how my family was treated. After over 5 flight delays & an overnight rebooking, we were offered a $12 meal voucher & “motel-level” hotel options (3 stars or less) for a group of 4. We booked through #Amex Travel and expected better!
This was my daughter’s birthday. Instead of celebrating, we spent the day in limbo—exhausted, stressed, and poorly accommodated. We expected better from @AmericanAir, especially when we booked through Amex Travel.
Mother to mother, no two kids are the same… so yes, I understand being a mom, but no two journeys are the same. Your experience is yours, and mine, is mine.
