@Airtel_Presence just before 10 days ago one of the technician repaired my WiFi n again problem started I paid him 200inr now when I am calling him he doesn’t know my address. Very poor customer service
@Airtel_Presence if you are unable to send technician plz inform me clearly so that I will change my router to jio. It’s been 1 week now I have a problem doing WFH. Today if you not solve my problem I will buy jio tomorrow

@airtel. I have Airtel SIM card WiFi Airtel payment bank all I will close a day after tomorrow if you unable to solve my problem I am ready to pay your charges but still you not sending technician. I am Airtel sim user since last 15years very very disappointed experience.
