Even if arsenal signed Messi fans would still find a way to criticise. Just shut up and let’s finally trust the people upstairs as we have people who actually know what they are doing not like the imbeciles before.
There must be serious reservations, at the club over Guendouzi's attitude and application because his talent & potential is unquestionable. Shame it’s ended like this.
Thomas Partey is the most important signing Arsenal can make this summer. I can’t phathom just how much he could change our team with someone who’s a massive presence in front of that back 4.
Matteo has high potential but if he’s not favoured by Arteta. Then I’d sell him and put the money towards a player he wants. This squad will only improve properly when the manager has access to players that he thinks will suit his style of play.
I rate Holding ahead of every other centre back. Its a very controversial opinion, his positioning is excellent and he has a calmness about him when he defends. The injury hasn't helped him at all as he needed consistent game time.
Mislintat has told people Arsenal are an “absolute mess”, “dysfunctional and with no clear plan”. While some of this should be caveated with the fact the German himself is emotional and can be difficult to work with, his complaints ring true. [@Independent]
I genuinely think that Raul Sanhelli has got to be the biggest fraud in football. Panders to his pally agents at the expense of the club. Sooner these parasites at the top are gone we might actually start to compete. I feel for Mikel Arteta it must be a complete shambles upstairs
I didn’t really want Luiz to extend but I can swallow it for a year as long as he doesn’t play him in any of the big games. Against the smaller teams his passing is useful in breaking an opposition line. Theres no doubting he’s a good influence off the pitch. Just not very good.
Cedric signing a 4 year deal, hold on a minute, the guys not played a single minute for us during his loan spell and he gets a 4 year deal. This just sums this club up down to a tee. I rate Mari from what I’ve seen but giving him a 4 year deal is nothing short of lunacy.
I'm looking forward to a rebuild. It will take time, maybe a couple years. The young players are exciting but we should also add the quality with a clear plan and direction in mind. Building a team over signings big glitzy names. If that means Auba and others to be sold so be it.
There’s people criticising the likes of Lewis Dunk, Tyrone Mings and Nathan Ake saying they aren’t good enough to even be a potential signing for Arsenal. Those 3 defenders alone walk into this painful and shambolic defence.
If I had my way I’d get rid of everyone and keep the following : Eddie, Pepe, Aubameyang, Saka, Martinelli, AMN, Willock, Smith Rowe, Torreira, Tierney, Saliba, Xhaka and Leno. Rest try and get us much money as you can as possible.
Arsenal see former Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino as a credible option to succeed the sacked Unai Emery as head coach. How the 47yo Argentine would view an approach is unclear, but he is among the #AFC candidates @TheAthleticUK: https://t.co/Bp0kSK9Wb9
@ScottyBoyGooner They weren’t booing him for his performance I think they were booing because he didn’t run off the pitch when we need a goal, I think it’s fair enough in my opinion. Then that moron decided to act like a knob.
