34 years ago today a dream was born. Today is the anniversary of our first show, opening for Fugazi at Sokol Hall in Omaha. Thank you to my teammates and all the @311 fans for making all this possible. 🙏🏼
We are working to build a Colorado for All, where every person can thrive no matter who they are or who they love. This month, we honor and celebrate the progress we have made and double down on our work to protect freedom and equality under the law for all.
BREAKING: Donald Trump gets crushing news as retail giant Kohl's refuses to sponsor ANY Republican National Convention events in their home town of Milwaukee where they opened their first store in 1927.
But it gets even better...
“Kohl’s is not a political organization nor donor and is not sponsoring nor engaging in any specific RNC events,” said a Kohl's spokesperson. "We support the business community through the Metropolitan Milwaukee Association of Commerce."
The rationale is not hard to untangle. At the RNC convention in Milwaukee, Donald Trump will become the first convicted felon in American history to receive the presidential nomination of a major party. The Republicans are proudly advertising themselves as a criminal organization.
The MAGA brand grows more radioactive by the day.
Please retweet and ❤️ to thank Kohl's for taking a stand — and consider joining the growing exodus to Tribel, a new pro-democracy social network that is exploding in popularity because Twitter and Facebook are trying to stop its growth — which is only making Tribel grow even faster. MAGA isn't the majority, they're actually only 14% of the voting base in the USA. They're just very loud crybabies - and Elon's Twitter algorithm boosts them to make it look like they have the numbers. They don't. It's a psyop to rein in the sheeple/lemmings.
While we do have issues with democrats, the finger pointing by the MAGA crowd that "democrats" are destroying the USA is beyond hypocritical. MAGA, the party of insurrection, the party of "we don't have to follow the law", the party of banning books and attacking women/LGBTQ rights? The party of "Yes, we are Christo-fascists and we will force everyone to believe in what we believe"? Fuck off.
Biden didn't put Trump in court, Trump did that to himself. Here is a fact: MAGA is in the minority, most people are waking up out of the stupid dream that Donald Trump is some kind of savior and realizing he's just as corrupt as any politician/oligarch (if not more corrupt). All MAGA has left is this platform where they are LOUD as fuck, banging on their tin cups - crying and whining about a man who wouldn't even piss on them if they were on fire. It's beyond pathetic to see how fucking stupid people have become. So no, it's not the Democrats that are destroying America, it's MAGA - it's the GOP. MAGA and the GOP don't believe in the constitution, they don't believe in the legal system, and they sure do not believe in real justice. They are only guided by their selfishness to put their messiah up on a throne, even if that throne is one built upon lies.
Whew chile! Guilty on all counts in a state case! No matter what happens in November, he cannot “undo” this verdict. I know many are celebrating & I get it, but my heart fucking breaks for our country! How did we get here?! When did we stop requiring some darned decency of the most powerful person on Earth?!
The grand jurors, the prosecutors, the judge, the witnesses & this jury deserve so much more than they will receive. This was a brave undertaking in an unnecessarily violent & politically charged America.
FYI, today was a win for the rule of law!
No one is above the law. Coloradans have faith in our justice system and the guilty convictions from a jury of his peers show the former President lacks the moral capacity to lead our country.

Today I was thrilled to sign a bipartisan bill into law to make the first two years of college free for students whose family income is under $90,000/year. Cost should not be a barrier for people to live up to their potential, which is why we are expanding access to higher education and reducing the financial burden on students and families.
