@British_Airways Friends we were on the flight with contacted you via twitter this weekend and have since had their complaint dealt with and compensation has arrived in their account. Why is my complaint being dealt with so differently?
@ASOS_news hi. My package was meant to be delivered next day & arrive on sat 19th. Sent via Royal Mail, it hasn’t arrived & the tracking has not been updated from “in transit” since the 19th. 2 events have passed that I needed these items for. The other is 2mo. Can u help please
@parcelforce @nizzidenio I tweeted you 17hours ago and have not had a reply. Can someone please deal with my issue. My package was due yesterday but didn’t arrive because there is an alleged address issue but no one has Contacted me
@parcelforce it now says that my address is insufficient but it’s my full address and I have no problems with any other deliveries. It also doesn’t say what’s going to happen next and I’ve had no contact from anyone?!
@parcelforce hi. My package was due today but the tracking says my address couldn’t be located?! I’ve had no call from a driver for directions (and my house isn’t hard to find) and this doesn’t say what to do next. Can someone please help?

@Hermesparcels I go on holiday today and needed the parcel I had ordered for it. It was meant to be delivered last Friday. The tracking hasn’t updated since last Friday. Can someone please let me know where my parcel is?!

Today is @Hermesparcels 7th day of having my parcel & ignoring my tweets so by their own policy on their website @boohoo_cshelp should now be doing something about it.
@Hermesparcels is there a particular reason my tweets are being ignored? I’m unable to get hold of anyone on the phone and I can’t direct message you. My parcel was due on 16th July and still hasn’t arrive

@Hermesparcels still awaiting a response or even an acknowledgment. You’ve had my parcel since 16th when it was due to be delivered. It’s now 21st and there’s been no tracking update. What is going on?
Seeing @Hermesparcels respond to people’s messages that have been sent well after mine, that have all been ignored, really adds to the rage I feel for the company. Where is my parcel?!
So it’s not actually people working your Twitter… it’s automated right? I’ve had the same message 20 times signed off with different names…. What a joke

@boohoo_cshelp @Hermesparcels I’m sure you’re joking? Because I’ve sent 20+ private messages and keep getting told the same thing. No one is helping me. @Hermesparcels are still ignoring me. You need to start using a different delivery company. I have problems every time I order.
@boohoo_cshelp you may want to reconsider your agreement with @Hermesparcels and how you allow this to effect your customers. How can you expect a person to wait 12 days for their parcel to be officially lost when they ordered next day delivery?! Absurd.

@pezza_91 I have tried. They tell me they can’t do anything until it’s officially lost by 27th July. Even though I ordered on 15th and paid for delivery on 16th. But apparently they can’t do anything for 11 days @Hermesparcels @boohoo_cshelp what a joke.
