@DUALIPA @yslbeauty have a better service. Have a better courier that is trustworthy. DHL & Purolatorare the best. They don’t leave stuff in a very conspicuous place. @yslbeauty I’m so disappointed for no taking actions with my concern. @DUALIPA please help. Thank you.

@DUALIPA it was rainy and windy that day & that tiny box could have easily fit to my huge mailbox & but the courier chose to leave the parcel in a very conspicuous place. They could have been more cautious most especially this time of year.

@DUALIPA Customer service states that since there’s pics of the parcel in front of my door-it means it was already delivered. Asked them to call the courier to show that I received the parcel with my signature. I can’t let go of my hard earned money for carelessness of d courier

@DUALIPA hi dialup… please help me file a complaint to YSL BEAUTY. I ordered worth $250 of cosmetics on Nov 23 online, courier sent an email with pics of the parcel in front of my door but i didn’t find it when I got home. I asked customer service but of no help unfortunately.
