Set an intention to practice at least 5 minutes of Breath Meditation every day at noon and 5 minutes of Loving-Kindness Meditation every night before bed.
On Mars, like on Earth, communities will need a space for deep silence, reflection, contemplation, prayer and meditation. This Silent Sanctuary will serve as an open, inclusive place of peaceful gatherings.
