I made the mistake of telling my boyfriend that I want to lose 5 kg by July. We now bike at least twice a week for 2 hours, hike 3 hours every weekend carrying heavy backpacks, AND go swimming afterwards. This is on top of my regular workouts 😩 my legs are killing me!

@pradeeban Yup that’s really smart. Even in the summer it can get super cold in the night so we will definitely pack extra layers as well as a waterproof cover for the backpack (given that it’s Ireland)

@pradeeban Two reasons: it obviously burns more calories so that’s a big plus, but we are also going hiking in Ireland soon where I’m going to have to carry my own camping stuff, so it’s part of the training for that as well :) I carry water and snacks with me anyway just in case

@colecameron Haha I want to say it’s worse (of course that’s not true!).. I feel like he’s my personal trainer at this point! it’s especially embarrassing when he keeps yelling ‘come on, you can do it, activate those glutes!!!’ when I am struggling to bike uphill 😭

About to wrap up a wonderful 3 week vacation in the US 🇺🇸 There were many highlights, mainly Utah’s incredible nature, and meeting Anya Taylor-Joy at Zion national park. She seemed so lovely!

I was thinking that Alaska airlines might be really good based on some reviews I had seen so I booked two trips with them. I tried to check in for one of them today and it (website as well as the app) keeps telling me ‘something went wrong’… arghhh so frustrating!! @AlaskaAir
