If a company can fire someone based on vaccination status, can it fire someone because they took the vaccine?

This is a thought exercise, not a suggestion. It seems the “morality” of firing someone over the vaccine is predicated on an assumption the vaccine is always beneficial.

@samanthamarika1 I got it, I had to get a mammogram 6 weeks later and got called back due to ‘asymmetrical breast tissue’ and found out after waiting 2 weeks for my 2nd appt it was a side effect of the vaccine. Wish I would have known it was a possible side affect.

I want to clarify when I had the AstraZeneca vaccine my vision was impaired 2 months later I have severe pain in and around my eyes like acid being thrown in my eyes as well as tounge pain like burning of the tounge, I have regained some of my vision so the issue is mainly pain
