@sjh_phg Hi Sean, to clarify, all members are sent an automatic renewal email around a month before their renewal date. This email includes the specific deadline for contacting us if you wish to cancel. If there’s anything else we can help with, please get in touch directly.

@Karonabanks When entering a contract, members agree to a 12 month contract. Should members opt to cancel at 6 months for example, they are liable for the remainder of the contract, much the same as a mobile phone contract. Checkatrade Team
