some teams at FC makes me think that some gyms are putting going level 5-7 above athlete safety. Even some level 4 teams are just scary. I get that comp floor shows the worst of us, some things should not be ignored, some teams should not be pushing for those levels

The sportsmanship in the final awards of the day (iont 2/3/4 & u18 4) at euro summit was amazing. Everyone was cheering and celebrating for eachother even teams on the podium for eachother. It was so nice to see and experience after such a drama filled season
