Why buy a first class ticket and the meal is banana bread @Delta This is not an acceptable meal for anyone, let alone first class. How can you fix this?
Dear @Airbnb Please bring back customer service reps in the US. Also. Your gift cards shouldn’t be through a 3rd party company that you can’t talk to directly. Im canceling my booking and going to another company and paying more b/c customer matters. Do better please.
@AmericanAir Your redesigned program, didn’t not@repeats your loyal customers. The math isn’t mathing I’ve spoken to your representatives who actually agree with me. I’ve been a loyal AA customer for 7 years. Your new program is such a step down in service and rewards.
You need to reimagine the loyalty program back to the way it was @AmericanAir I am currently Platinum Pro. I traveled the entire year, except for 2 months and im only Gold. An upcoming trip, is over 8,000 miles but im only awarded 3,000 loyalty points! Make it make sense!
