Common sense are the lessons learned from your parents, with the increase in single parent households, requiring that parent to work to maintain that household, it leaves no one to teach those lessons. Accountability failures start at the point where those in government fail to hold themselves accountable, and if the people who are supposed to be the adults in the room, running our states and nation cannot hold themselves accountable, how can we be surprised when the general citizenry end up any different.
