This one was all hands on deck for the prep but worth it. Protein was margarita grilled shrimp, ribeye steak (and some beef tenderloin), and lobster. Sides were potato’s and zucchini. 🏄🏼♂️ 🌾
Goal of this meal was to be medium rare, ended up being more rare than medium. But the smoke from doing this on a cast iron stove top didn’t allow me to keep it going. Still happy with the results
