@jonnorris12 @HassayJohn Tomatillo is underrated. You can actually get them fresh at whole foods for a not unreasonable price, roast them, and make the sauce yourself with some lime juice, roasted garlic and (I know it sounds crazy but trust me) a Knorr stock cube.
@HassayJohn Nachos really are the perfect food. I’ve often said I’d pay Michelin star prices for any place that can make me a plate of nachos where each chip has the same amount of toppings. Guaranteed 10/10 bites every single time is the nacho dream.

Technique *this bad* could only survive in a place where the people you’re shooting are unarmed.
This only “works” because they’re shooting women and children.

@HassayJohn Something changed there right after Covid. Went from being my favourite burger place to not tasting at all the same and making me borderline sick every time I eat it. I’d say it’s me but it didn’t happen with any other food. Also, as you say, it’s now insanely expensive 🤷🏻♂️
