Stranded airside for 24 hrs without visas because @flyscoot & @SingaporeAir ground staff gave us hotel vouchers for a terminal we legally can’t enter. Staff then gave us false baggage info, wrong connecting flights etc. Is this the premium @ChangiAirport transit experience?
I forgot to mention that someone in the middle of this harrowing ordeal, there was someone who mentioned that we can sleep in the chairs anywhere around in the airport. “They are pretty comfortable” they said. Speaking of premium services 😑 @ChangiAirport

Resigned, we went to T3 where our new @SingaporeAir flight departs to use our meal/lounge vouchers. Denied again. The vouchers were strictly "T1 only." We were forced into an exhausting terminal ping-pong just to get a basic meal. (6/7)
