As a chef, I am very passionate about food. My belief is that food can be tasted spiritually and emotionally as well as physically. I like to be unique.
@FoodNetwork Honestly all positions are crucial. However the toughest job physically and mentally is probably going to be sous chef or shift leads in the kitchen.
