“Bilang artista, sa trabaho natin, hindi natin sila (bashers) matatanggal. There will be and there will always be bashers. And you cannot please everyone. And honestly, ang advice ko lang, just don’t mind them. Alam ko, ang hirap no’n. Believe me. Ang hirap talaga no’n. Pero, they don’t really matter.

“You know what really matters? ‘Yung paano kayo bilang tao, paano ba kayo bilang artista. Kayo ba ay masipag? Kayo ba ay mabait sa lahat? O kayo ba ‘yung artistang nang-aapak ng iba upang makaangat?

“Kasi, a lot of us will demand and think kung ano’ng deserve natin. Iisipin natin na, ‘Sana, ako din,’ ‘Sana, ako na lang,’ ‘Kelan kaya ako, e matagal na ako dito?’ Listen, guys. Your time will come. You have to believe in God’s timing. And Siya lang talaga ang makakapagsabi kung ano’ng deserve natin.

“Ako, I had to work hard for ten years para mabilhan ko ng bahay ‘yung pamilya ko. It took some time. Pero it happened. ‘Wag kayong masayadong magpadala sa pressure.

“Nandito tayo kasi may pangarap tayo. Hindi ‘to pabilisaan. Hindi para malaman kung sino’ng mas mabilis sisikat. ‘Andito tayo kasi may goal tayong lahat...

“It’s really important to be kind to one another, hindi lang sa kapwa n’yo artista, hindi lang sa mga boss natin; dapat, sa mga staff, pati sa crew, you should give equal respect to everyone. You should never feel superior. Dahil malay n’yo, sa next project n’yo, sila na ‘yung direktor n’yo. Sila na ‘yung boss ninyo.

“And ako kasi, I’m a firm believer that if you do good, good will always come back to you. If you show humility, remain responsible, hardworking, god-fearing, and kind, everything will fall into place. Kaya let’s just focus on ourselves. If you fall, get back up! If you made a mistake, it’s okay. Lahat tayo dito, tao. Ang bata pa nga natin, ‘di ba?

“Ako, I made a lot of mistakes. Pero ang importante is natututo tayo. We learn from it; we do not make the same mistake twice. And bata pa tayo, guys. Let’s enjoy our youth. Let’s enjoy our youth na walang naaapakang iba. Let’s enjoy our youth while still taking responsibility as an actor; kasi, it’s a commitment… If you want to be successful, then, you need to prepare to make some sacrifices.

“For that being said, magtulungan tayong lahat. Nasa iisang kompanya lang tayo. ‘Lagi nating piliin ang pagmamahal.”
