@KidsInPain@katebirnie@GovCanHealth I think all hospitals and childlife specialist should implement this. This is brilliant! I'm a mom of a chronically ill daughter, and she has endured 108 brain surgeries; never have I seen anything like what you are doing.
@stashtea how do you not answer customer service calls and emails but continue to send emails out to customers about your special promotions? I want my order.
@stashtea@stashtea you can tweet but you can't answer support emails or return calls? Where is my order? Where is my refund if you aren't going to send my items?
@stashtea I should be drinking the tea from my order I placed on Jan 21 and you got paid No one answers support emails. No one has returned calls. @stashtea where's my order? Where's my money?
@stashtea placed an order on Jan 21 funds were withdrawn still no order. Emailed support 3 times no response. Called left 2 messages no response I want a refund or my items. This is ridiculous!
@evicorehc you say:Sometimes through the prior auth process eviCore medical experts will determine a more appropriate test than the one your dr requested You have the option to appeal that decision: but you’re not hands on the provider is that causes delays in treatment #EpicFail
@evicorehc You said:Medical errors can be costly and, unfortunately, often deadly for patients. That’s why prior authorization is an important piece of the care process: oh really? Is that why you denied a simple CT scan on someone with 106 brain surgeries? #practicewhatyoupreach
@evicorehc you said: When you partner with eviCore, you’re getting more than a prior authorization partner. You get a dedicated team of clinicians ready to help you make the best treatment decisions because every patient is unique #lies#actors#OscarNominations2023#ShameOnYou
@evicorehc you put constraints on physicians and their patients you should be ashamed of yourself. Countless hours of their time is wasted on bureaucratic loop holes
@evicorehc a CT scan is the ONLY way to diagnose this patient’s condition that you just deemed medically unnecessary. An MRI would not be conducive because of her hardware but you’re peers are not hands on like her providers. Shame on you.
@evicorehc we trust our providers not your providers. You shouldn’t be able to suggest different tests because it saves YOU money. You’re not hands on.
@evicorehc STAT shouldn’t take 48hrs for an approv. & a provider shouldn’t need to send over 60 pages of clinical notes explaining why the their patient needs the CT
