@virginmedia Absolutely disgusting customer service. Told at 12.30 there was a 122 min wait and was answered at 15.59. At 16.25 was offered a renewal at £33.62 instead of the £54 I'm paying now. If you gave your customers better price in the first place they wouldn't leave.👋
