@jack200953@Ash_OLeary@SarahPo87914920 @niamh291 @gavreilly I don't think there is consistency at all..some are going by one rule and others by different rules. Can I ask is your wedding venue a hotel that will have other guests or a country house you will hire for the day/weekend?
@jack200953@Ash_OLeary@SarahPo87914920 @niamh291 @gavreilly The government said it would be subject to the situation at the time but given the delay in indoor hospitality and the rising numbers we would be going well to get too 100. Our hotel are not allowing 100 guests for August ๐ญ
@NeillSte @gavreilly@VirginMediaNews Yep! A part of me wishes they never mentioned 100. No chance of them upping it now. And the No music/dancing thing is really pissing me off, not a peep out of Failte Ireland. July weddings last year had live music.. this country is a joke!!!!
@NeillSte @gavreilly@VirginMediaNews We are the 7th! Had been planning for 100 but that doesn't look like it's going to happen. Absolute shit show!!!!!
@tarafayevents @d4psychologist @newschambers @VirginMediaNews I can't see them allowing 50/100 guests with no music or entertainment. Fingers crossed ๐ค๐ผ๐ค๐ผ
@aileen_201 @ciaraphelan_ Me too! Absolutely farcical to think summer 2020 weddings could have 50 guests and a band and 2021 weddings might not even scrape those numbers when the majority of the population will have had at least their 1st vaccination! I give up...
@EvaPurcell8@WeddingDates@MichealMartinTD That's so inconsiderate of them Eva! You cannot commit to numbers now and they should know that.. planning is beyond stressful in these times you don't need this extra pressure ๐ญ๐
@EvaPurcell8@WeddingDates@MichealMartinTD Hopefully! I was under the Illusion he was going to give a road map for the summer! But we only have information up to the 7th of June..When is the next announcement planned for?
