Entry-level postings have collapsed 35% since 2023. In software and data, down 67%. Harvard says AI is eroding the bottom rung, wiping out the jobs young people used to start on. PwC found entry-level roles now demand skills that once came YEARS later. The first rung isn't lower. It's GONE.

Your answer? Train 14-year-olds for local jobs that are vanishing as you speak. A ladder to a rung that's being sawn off. That's before what your own side did.

Labour raised NATIONAL INSURANCE, so employers stopped hiring young Brits. Then since 2020, firms hired 27 young non-EU migrants for every ONE extra young Briton, HMRC's own data. Last year alone, migrant under-25 jobs rose 33,000 while young British jobs FELL 33,000. Swapped, one for one. And you scrapped the rule that made firms advertise to Brits first.

Expensive. Replaceable and now automated out of the starting gate.

Your fix? A T-shirt, and a scheme that doesn't START until 2028. No detail. Dropped the week schools broke up. A rebrand of your old Manchester policy. A 14-year-old today will have LEFT school before it arrives.

You priced them out, filled their jobs with someone cheaper, and pointed them at a ladder that's disappearing.

That's not a lost generation, Andy. That's a sold one.
