🚨 Chelsea owner Mark Walter is reportedly under federal investigation over $21BN in related-party loans.

The loans were reclassified as related-party transactions after internal reviews by two insurers owned by Walter.

There is no indication the ongoing investigation has affected Walter's ownership stake in Chelsea.
