Interstate 5 protest today blocked traffic for 43 minutes. Oregon state police say they heard rumors of something like this happening as early as Wednesday. Today was targeted because of tax day they say.
An ongoing protest at the junction of Interstate 5 and Interstate 105 has closed the southbound lanes of I-5 between Eugene and Springfield.
