KS1 pupils have been learning all about starfish. As a class they read ‘Stann the Starfish’ and learnt about his special talent of singing. This afternoon they created their very own starfish using cereal hoops and decided what their special talent could be ✨ @PCAprimary
In P.E today, 1H took the opportunity to enjoy the warmer weather and took their lesson outdoors. They practised throwing and hitting with tennis balls and rackets and enjoyed using the hula hoops too. @PCABlackpool
After a few technical difficulties, we are back on Twitter/X 👋It was lovely to welcome our primary pupils back to @PCABlackpool today. 2R have been taking advantage of the dry weather to try out the new climbing equipment in PE💪whilst 1H have enjoyed their new role play area 🏡
KS1 pupils really enjoyed their DT lesson today as they brought their tea light design to life. They all rolled out their own dough and chose their desired cutter to help make the right shape. They already can’t wait to paint them next lesson! @PCAprimary@SeaViewTrust
In English, KS1 pupils read a story all about growing a plant from a tiny seed. The story told them plants grow with water and sun light - so they all decided to have a go at planting their own seeds. They can’t wait to watch them grow! @PCAprimary@SeaViewTrust@SJVEnglishHub 📖
This weeks ‘Stars of the Week’ have led the way, setting a fantastic example to others 🌟 They should all be extremely proud of themselves. A fantastic way to end the week - Well Done! 🌟#pcaamazingpupils@PCAprimary@PCAsecondary @PCAWSFC
As part of our loose parts play in Lower Primary the pupils have the chance to use their imaginations to explore and learn. As you can see here this pupil in 1B has used a plastic tube to make a tunnel ramp for his toy car! @PCABlackpool
