@tumelo_mol35409 @unisa I went to the applications desk before registration closed they told me they were still waiting for the college to respond AND if the college doesn't respond then I should forget about studying this semester and apply again next year. We do things on time but Unisa can't 😒🚮

Studying @unisa is not for the faint-hearted. You need to beg and nag for simple things, and the staff as well as its Vice chancellor @LenkaBula could not care less. @unisa makes it so difficult for students who can only afford to study at Unisa to want to finish their studies🚮

@Lwingal @sarstax They're honestly full of nonsense because when they want their stuff they nag but when they need to give you, your things you must chase them. My case got escalated yesterday but I was only told today that they will take 5 days to get back to me.

@sarstax I submitted documents for verification, the time period has lapsed & I have not received any response & there's no turnaround time with regards to a response after the matter is escalated, this is honestly unfair, I can't keep calling when I've done my part by submitting
