@Chris_arnade It’s terrible. Once it’s granted, make sure you print out the actual visa accessed through the online portal and not just the email saying the visa was granted. I was asked for that before I boarded and when I went through customs, and my clients too.
@Chris_arnade I’m a travel advisor and my clients have complained about that question lol. Just do your best and include all of the places stamped into your current passport. They just want to see if you’ve been to unfriendly countries like Pakistan.
@aburkhartlaw @NaksBilal @Gabriel_Montoya I’m aware of this, but what proportion of DSD athletes are androgen insensitive? From what I understand, DSD women are still over-represented on the podium, especially in running before testosterone regulations were re-instated (for certain events).
@garbagealt12 @NekoleUnknown @carolinekwan Great interview with trans scientist and athlete Joanna Harper that’s still relevant today: https://t.co/bkiYjIHn9s
@garbagealt12 @NekoleUnknown @carolinekwan Yes, they are. But we don’t have a protected class for people who lack those advantages as I said. The women’s division has always been a protected class due to the advantages males have over females. That should be honored.
@NekoleUnknown @carolinekwan No. The advantages she mentioned aren’t unfair bc we don’t have a protected class for swimmers with short wingspans, avg lung capacity etc. Women’s sport was always a restricted class bc of the advantages males have due to biological and physiological differences.
