If you can type to AI to ask it to generate something, you can type out what you'd like to an artist. Thats the point.
Communication and revisions in the drafting stage are a core part of commissions. There are plenty of artists who offer messy low cost reference sketches.

There are tons of disabled creatives who don’t use AI.

Not everyone is creative, disabled or not. That’s okay. Find something else to do with your life.

AI ≠ mobility aids.
Disability ≠ Needing AI.

Think about, would we tell a wheelchair person they didn't finish the Boston Marathon just because they used adaptive equipment.

Art is about each person expressing their creativity and others experiencing the story.

AI is a tool that gives more people access to this corner of our lives.
