My son was born 6 weeks early. He spent 23 days in the NICU. I extended my maternity leave to make up for the time he spent in the hospital. I’m a single mom. It was unpaid. I struggled financially & used up all my sick leave. Educators deserve Paid Family Leave. @EducationMN
