If you’re a UGC creator or supporter, please check out @Blizzei_’s latest post about UGC revenue splits. Currently, UGC creators only receive 30% of our sales, while experience creators, such as Catalogue Avatar Creator, receive an additional 10%, totaling 40%, when they sell OUR UGC items in their games. This disparity is frustrating and disgustingly unfair. It’s hard to understand how creators who dedicate hours upon hours to make items earn less than developers of games that sell our items. Advocating for a change could significantly increase revenue for all UGC creators.

@spellchaoss @SharkBloxYT @Roblox @ilyhook It took me a whole month or more to get my content reinstated so if you think it’s really worth it to get it back then go for it. Just know your personal info will be sent to the person who filed the false copyright unless you chose to put fake information.

On top of that if you don’t check your emails frequently the whole counter notice can be cancelled because they sent me an email telling me I had 24hrs to send proof (3).

@spellchaoss @SharkBloxYT @Roblox @ilyhook You should be able to find examples of counter notification templates for copyright on google or on YouTube. When sending one you should keep in mind that all the stuff you wrote in the counter notification (the whole email) will be sent to the other person (2).

@spellchaoss @SharkBloxYT @Roblox @ilyhook Hi, I’ve received false dmcas before and I got some clothing back after appealing using counter notice notification claim. Go onto ROBLOX terms and services and scroll down to find the stuff about “copyright” and counter notice should be around there (1)

@qixotixx Didn't the client already pay you? Why not satisfy your client and correct the small mistake and move on? Why did it have to come to this. Anyone would feel scammed.
