Every shot counts!
Who do we know of Persian-European mixed ethnicity who can save this kid’s life? I’ll make you Persian meals for as long as you want. Please share. https://t.co/Tp63c9BLXY
Re: Client health metrics. I've been an NPS fan for a long time, and I think it's the most rigorously vetted CS metric out there. A mixture of transactional+lifetime NPS, Support CSAT and Net Revenu Retention gives you the best data profile for client health.
I also hate subtweeting and would never want to offend my lovely teammates. So who can I sass when working in SaaS?? Is #startup CS Twitter just education with no punchline? Regardless, I’m going to try to CS tweet this week. Let’s see how it goes!
I follow a lot of #MedTwitter and #EconTwitter accounts and deeply enjoy their humour despite not being fluent in their fields. I want to make similar niche tweets about #CustomerSuccess but being painfully earnest in my love for the clients is kind of my thing.
Worth noting: if you’re reading this message on Twitter, you’ve already given away significantly more personal info than the COVID Alert app will access. Just saying.

Hey does anyone want to adopt Gregor? He used to be a person but now he’s an insect. That’s pretty much all there is to it. We tried feeding him cat food and he just made some clicking noises. We’re way out of our depth here
Folks, I am hiring! @app8solutions is an Ottawa-based tech startup and I am looking to grow the CS team. Please pass this around to anyone looking to enter the CS field, no experience required.

@ErinBlaskie Blocks are there for other people first, so they don’t book me. Then if what’s in the block does not get done because something “critical” comes up I document what that was and report on it. Not perfect but it helps me categorize what’s inhibiting my goals.
Not to diminish my skills or how good I am tactically at my job...but I think a lot of people’s positive association with my work can be linked back to this. Showing up quickly, even without a good answer or good news, counts for a lot.
One of the cheapest and simplest career hacks is to be hyper-responsive. I've found some of the busiest leaders in the world are also the fastest to reply to emails.
Underrated skill: Being there for people when they need it.
@meghantonjes Repainted and my brother moved in within a week so my mom could turn my brothers room into an office. The whole upstairs was just a different house immediately.
I started a new adventure this week with @app8solutions ! I can’t say enough about how welcoming and wonderful the whole team has been. I’m so excited to be back working in #startup land.
Witnessing the conservative shift from “climate change doesn’t exist” to “no one ever said climate change doesn’t exist, what, do you think we’re loonies?! But also, there’s nothing we can do about it so why are you yelling,” is pretty disheartening.
