This was all I could fit in today. I had a long day so I just walked around in my backyard. I was so close to 3 miles, but I quit. I passed up my step goal for today so I guess that can help compensate the loss. I’m walking slower so I need to put more pep in my step. #getupbih
Saturday after I went walking I started feeling like I was about to die. I realized that I hadn’t drank enough water. Today my Sustain Sport came in so I replenished my electrolytes right away. It’s healthier than gatorade and doesn’t have sugar or dyes in it and it tastes great!
#day15#week3 I weighed in this morning. The only thing improved was my weight. On my beginning measurements I improvised because I couldn’t find my tape measure so those numbers may not be very accurate. I did it correctly today so hopefully I’ll see changes in the measurements
