@DHE_Odisha After repeated grievances still the promotion of SSB 2016 batch Lecturers are pending at the department end. If our grievances remains unresolved and the promotion is pending for more than 18 months then why a employee will put a grievance?

@SecyChief Respected Madam, from the last 22 months the due placement of SSB 2016 Lecturers has been pending at departmental end. No concrete step has been taken by the department so far. There is no extra service benefit for us yet our only due promotion is deliberately delayed

@DHE_Odisha Promotion of SSB 2016 recruited Lecturers still pending at the end of the department of higher education. It has been more than 18 months but the due promotion of lecturers is yet to be done by the government and our grievance has not been resolved.
