@DoorDash Hi please let your engineering team that the OUTAGE that's happening is affecting SCHEDULED dashes. Dashers CAN dash, but ONLY without a schedule and obviously the OUTAGE for CUSTOMERS is affecting how many orders we get IF any.

@DoorDash_Help Into their scheduled dash, then the home screen FINALLY lets them log in to dash without a schedule. Unfortunately this screws over your dashers who wanted specific hours. And makes sure that no one can extend their dash beyond the "needed dashers" time.

@DoorDash_Help Hi there, you ARE indeed experiencing an outage please let customers and dashers know. Also you should let your engineering team know that it is primarily affecting scheduled dashes and that once the scheduled dash has been automatically cancelled since dashers can't log.. 1/
