@liberallibby @fochti that's what i do , helps a bit but not much .. here in canada we have a shortage of doctors so haven't been to one for my adhd since 17

@fochti i have adhd was diagnosed late at 16 , honestly having it fkn SUCKS , forgetting things, overthinking,overstimulation, depression,no sleep . i am not on medication because after i turned 18 doc said your on your own find a new doctor yourself
