NEW: Florida woman’s jaw drops as she is charged for a hit-and-run crash while high on meth that left an 8-year-old deceased.

Victoria Johnson broke down in tears when her bond was set after allegedly running over an 8-year-old and a 10-year-old in Winter Haven, Florida.

The boys were crossing the street to go to Faith Baptist Church in Winter Haven when they were hit by a vehicle. The driver immediately left the scene.

The 8-year-old sadly died, and the 10-year-old suffered a broken leg, broken arm, and a fractured skull.

Johnson was charged with leaving the crash scene involving death, tampering with evidence, filing a false police report, and driving with a suspended or revoked license.
