This should worry anyone who cares about #TamilNadu’s investment competitiveness.

Rival States are reportedly trying to recruit Guidance Tamil Nadu’s trained investment professionals who are people carrying years of investor relationships, sector knowledge and institutional memory.

The concern is apparently serious enough for Guidance to consider bonds restricting moves to other State agencies.

During the #DMKGovt, we built a formidable and highly professional team at Guidance.

One doesn't retain talent with bonds. Talent is retained by rewarding, empowering and respecting people.

With competing States now setting up shop in Chennai itself, the TVK Govt must protect and empower Team #Guidance_TN.

There are some truly exceptional young professionals who are passionate about Tamil Nadu, experienced in dealing with global giants, and carrying years of institutional knowledge.

Give them the freedom, recognition and respect they deserve.

Because when you lose good people, you don’t just lose talent. You risk losing the relationships and investment pipeline they built over years !
