@jmhorp FIFA, the World Cup governing body, is the Federation of International Football Associations. England and Scotland have their own associations - the FA and the SFA respectively. That's why they are represented separately.

After his team's win over the Tigers yesterday, Plymouth Albion Captain Jack Oulton was asked about the possibility of playing in the Champ next season.
