@qatarairways I already did send you my DM explaining the issue with my friend’s PNR - flown miles on Qatar are not being credited to the AS FF account. Multiple correspondence with Qatar results in vain. Please do something ASAP

@qatarairways This is on behalf of a friend who doesn’t have X. She has been trying to get miles flown on Qatar credited to her Alaska Airlines FF account (which was in her PNR). Despite multiple reach-outs via phone and email to Qatar CS, there has been no action. PNR: 3PWMOI.
