But what if I never saw this letter? The CSR would have never told me there was a way to be reimbursed for my hotel stay caused by a Frontier cancelation!? So unprofessional!! @FlyFrontier I watched you charge a woman $75 because she didn’t check in prior to her arrival, gross!🖕🏼

@FlyFrontier DONT EVER FLY W/ FRONTIER! Spent $1200 on flights btw Philly & Houston. 1HR delay on plane 1. 6HR delay on plane 2 w/no air on a hot runway in Houston while they “fixed”a problem w/the plane. 7pm flight, canceled at 1AM, $200 for hotel. Called Frontier, they said: 🖕🏼

Called Cust.Serv.whom reported they never refund for any reason.Nor do they refund for hotels.However I saw this & thank God I took a picture.When asking CSR about this she all the sudden knew about it & said “well if you have letter then submit your reimbursement.” @FlyFrontier

My friend Marie just flew Frontier, hour into her flight, plane had to make an emergency landing for “cabin pressure and air conditioning issues” same problem we had! Passengers were almost passing out! No reimbursement or compensation. @FlyFrontier
