本日、日本の船越健裕外務次官に対し、高市早苗首相の誤った言動について、次の通り厳正に申し入れを行った。

　日本の高市早苗首相が国会答弁において、台湾に関し露骨かつ挑発的な発言を強硬に行い、基本的常識に反し、中国側のレッドラインを越え、武力による威嚇を行い、戦争を喚き立てた上、誤りを認めず、発言を撤回せず、悪影響を取り除こうともしなかった。これは完全に情勢を見誤り、身の程をわきまえない行為である。これらの言動は中国の内政に対する乱暴な干渉であり、国際法と国際関係の基本準則に著しく反し、戦後の国際秩序を深刻に損ない、「一つの中国」原則および中日の四つの政治文書の精神に重大に違反し、中日関係の政治的基盤を深刻に損なうものである。中国側はこれに対し強い憤慨を表明し、断じて容認せず、厳正な申し入れと強烈な抗議をする。

　台湾は中国の台湾だ。台湾問題は中国の核心的利益の中の核心である。台湾問題をどのように解決し、国家統一を実現するかは、中国人自身の課題であり、いかなる外部勢力の干渉も許されない。中国は必ず統一を実現し、必ず統一される。日本の為政者が台湾海峡情勢への武力介入を叫ぶことは、中国側の核心的利益への露骨な挑戦であり、自ら進んで「中国分裂」という戦車に身を縛りつけるものであり、日本自身を破滅への道へと導くことになる。

　今年は中国人民抗日戦争ならびに世界反ファシズム戦争勝利80周年であり、また台湾光復80周年でもある。日本はかつて中国台湾を植民地支配し、筆舌に尽くしがたい罪を犯した。日本軍国主義は、かつてたびたびいわゆる「存亡危機」を口実に対外侵略を発動し、最終的に恥ずべき敗北を迎えた。我々は日本側に厳正に警告する。今日の中国はもはや当時の中国ではない。もし日本が敢えて台湾海峡情勢に武力介入する暴挙に出るならば、それは侵略行為となり、中国は必ず正面から痛撃を加える。中国は日本に対し、侵略の歴史を深く反省し、悪質な発言を撤回し、挑発と一線を越える行為を直ちに停止するよう強く求める。さもなければ、すべての結果は日本側が負うことになる。
