Remember to look after yourself when possible! I always used to push myself and I've learnt the difficult way that my body and mind have limits. So just remember that you can't keep pouring the glass forever, you need to replenish it every now and then ♥️

After having a week of not feeling myself, I'm proud today. Managed to get a lot of work done and I'm super happy with that! But equally I'm tired now and need to go lay down 😅

Every morning I have to offer a trade to my dogs. They're usually laying on the clothes I've laid out for me to wear that day. So I have to offer up other clothes for them to sleep on 😑 todays trade was a dressing gown
