@funtimefitzy @Ryanair they singled out one of our cases as the wrong size (it wasn't) for HL and made us pay 50€ to place it in the hold.

Note the use of the word goodwill in place of compulsory charge. Luggage measured,meets dimensions stated in the helpful response @Ryanair
