Lindsay Clancy defense attorney Kevin Reddington implies there is one single juror holding out on the concept of reasonable doubt and he asks the judge to remove that juror from the trial for “failing to follow instructions” from the judge.
How would Reddington know which way a single holdout is leaning? 🤔
@washghost1 He made around 400,000 a year give or take. Those kids were in daycare 9am to 4pm… she had a nanny. He worked from home. Parents, his parents, sister, doctors, working out, friends .. wtf else could someone help her with?
Lindsay Clancy does not appear to be planning on spending the rest of her life at Tewksbury.
According to the records discussed in court, her hopes for the future include becoming an advocate for postpartum psychosis awareness and participating in a wheelchair marathon.
Those are not the goals of someone imagining a life permanently confined to a state hospital.
Perhaps she is especially motivated to leave because she doesn’t find the food appealing there.
Good thing she seems to get plenty of outside food brought in.
@Joses_World@901Lulu In reality, keeping the entire set of neck structures is the normal and expected procedure in cases like this. That’s why the second pathologist didn’t have them… not because something shady happened, but because the first ME followed standard forensic protocol.
