@AsdaServiceTeam disgusting customer service today in George. We have been over charged for an item by £14.00 and they will not refund the difference. @BillyJeavons it is not worth a purchase when a refund is so difficult.

I have been over charged for an item and they will not refund the difference. I spent over £200 in store and was told they have to sell it at what it scans up as even though it is incorrect. They charged me £38 instead of £24

@premierinn have been horrendous in regard to obtaining our refund. Over 15 working days and have now been informed can take over 25 working days. I hope they intend to cover all interest charges on my account. Avoid if you do not wish to spend your days chasing this company.

@premierinn horrendous experience in obtaining our refund. Expected in 15 days which has elapsed and now saying its 25 days. Avoid company if you do not want to chase your money. I expect them to cover my interest now.
