@SavagePoker One other thing that bugs me is players who basically whisper all in and maybe the dealer can hear, but the table can't. Announce it loud enough for the whole table. If the guy with the headphones misses it that's on him, but everyone should be able to hear action.

@AllenKessler @WSOP I wonder if the floor has any discretion. The obvious mistake seems to be that the SB was skipped for 2nd card which means no one has their correct cards. Although there has been substantial action, it has not included all players and can be easily reversed.
