@MelissaStrelic I agree with your statement about students diving deeper into their learning when they are working with materials that are relevant to their lives. They become more engaged when the are presented with high interest lessons.
#curiositymatters2FMSD20- Q2: I believe that student curiosity stems from our students being able to personally relate to their lessons. When they are presented with high interest questions and materials, they are more engaged and more likely to remember what is being taught.

#FMSDwrites2learn20- Q1: Writing truly allows students to express their thoughts on a deeper level. When they are given the opportunity to really think and respond through writing, they feel more comfortable opening up and diving deeper into the concept.
