I think the biggest challenge is finding someone who fits the style of your game who isn't busy with their own work. Usually that combo removes a lot of potential candidates.

@Diethe5th I've just toned down the fishing difficulty with the last hotfix and added "Laptop mode" to remove the timer in exchange for slower catches!
