What will my legacy be? Can I actually have a happy life and be content? This sitting unrest in my chest says to create and expand. The hole in my heart says to find peace...maybe they are the same voice.
It really does feel like I'm a kid and winging everything about being a functional adult. When I look at my situation though, I've done a pretty good job at guessing.
Oh god, oh god. What hell is this? I even meant to be here, but it feels like I'm not being productive if I'm not drowning. But I'm tired of drowning. I'm exhausted and tired. I just want to bask in the apricity and wander as my soul desires.
@Tailgate4ever My whole life. The first step is always the scariest. It generally includes something that is the exact opposite of what you're currently doing. Hence the feeling of being stuck.
Accepting the things that I cannot change has been one of the greatest obstacles in my life. Each day I step closer, today I took another. I cannot change you, but I can change how I interact with you and how much weight I give you in my heart. It hurts, but must be done. 3/3
I've realized the importance of sharing with someone, an adventure, a moment, and a life. The importance of having another person there to exist alongside. However I need them to be a person I can rely on, we need to share at least some interests. 1/3
Without sharing interests, without sharing values, forcing something to work just hurts all parties involved. There is no "fixing" one another. We must change ourselves. But if someone is unwilling or incapable of change, I can't make them. 2/3
It's okay to be sad. That was a very enjoyable time. I am thankful for the experience and will be better for it. But it's time to move forward once again.
I can teach you how to live, even show you how you how to feel alive. But you have to want to first.
Come, prove to me you're willing to struggle forward. The only thing at stake is yourself.
Will you let life take you by the hand? Or will you grab it by the throat?
